This long established manufacturing business designs, fabricates and installs high quality custom engineered marble and granite products serving commercial contractors and residential remodelers throughout Colorado’s front range communities. The company’s brand is referred to as the “Kleenex” of custom engineered marble product manufacturers. Products include custom made shower bases, bathtubs, wall surrounds, vanity tops and window sills that provide an elegant appearance and worry-free maintenance. Customers include hospitals, universities, commercial buildings, dormitories, and mid to high end residential homes. Superior quality materials and workmanship coupled with competitive pricing offers both commercial and residential customers an affordable alternative to expensive natural rock products.
The revenue and cashflow figures represent a three year average of 2011 through 2013. Note that 2013 was down due to a significant seller health issue and his time away from the company. With the Seller’s recovery and renewed involvement in sales for the business, 2014 cashflow is expected to return to the pre-2013 range (over $250,000).

Business and showroom will be consolidated into one of two existing owned buildings soon. That building is roughly 8,300 square feet and can be purchased for $550,000 (recent appraised value). Alternatively it could be leased for $5K per month.
Asking Price: $400,000
Included in the Asking Price: FFE and Inventory worth $300,000
2011-2014 Ave Revenue: $850,000
2011-2014 Ave Cash Flow: $240,000
Competition: There are only a couple competitors in the regional custom engineered marble and granite products market.
Growth and Expansion: The Company has traditionally been much stronger financially. Had it been sold in 2012 or earlier the valuation range would have been sharply higher. While the construction markets improved in 2013, this business suffered when the Seller experienced a significant health issue. The Seller is back and believes 2014 will be a recovery year based on anticipated bookings. Now that the business is regaining some of the commercial business lost last year it can start to grow organically again.
